F.I.T. Departments

The FIT department wich are a crucial component of every travel supplier has experienced inbound and outbound teams servicing their territories, customers and business from a variety of source markets around the globe. We also follow up bookings confirmed from allocations to ensure that the supplier enters their reference number. Bookings that are On Request status often requires us to contact the hotel directly and obtain a confirmation while ensuring the response is sent back to the client within 24 hours. Our established connections with suppliers over the years will always ensure a high conversion rate for On Request bookings.
